Common Issues & Solutions

I can't check in - GPS location error
Solution:
  • Make sure location services are enabled for the app
  • Go to Settings → Apps → FS Team Admin → Permissions → Location → Allow
  • Ensure you're within your assigned court's location
  • Try turning your location off and on again
  • Make sure you have a clear GPS signal (not indoors)
I forgot my password
Solution: Contact your system administrator or HR department to reset your password. For security reasons, passwords cannot be reset through the app directly.
I'm not receiving notifications
Solution:
  • Check that notifications are enabled in your phone settings
  • Go to Settings → Apps → FS Team Admin → Notifications → Enable
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable
  • Try logging out and logging back in
  • Check your notification preferences in the app
My leave request is pending for too long
Solution: Leave requests are approved by your supervisor. If your request has been pending for more than 48 hours, please contact your direct supervisor or HR department.
Device validation error - "This device is already registered"
Solution: Each user can only use one device at a time for security reasons. If you need to change devices, contact your system administrator to clear your old device registration.
App crashes or won't open
Solution:
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  • Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → FS Team Admin → Clear Cache
  • Restart your phone
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • If problem persists, contact technical support
My attendance record is incorrect
Solution: Contact your supervisor or HR department immediately to review and correct your attendance record. Provide details of the incorrect dates and times.

Account & Login Help

Can't Login?

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Verify your username and password are correct
  • Ensure your account is active (contact HR if suspended)
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you're using the correct credentials provided by HR
  • Contact your system administrator for password reset

Device Already Registered?

Our security system allows only one device per user. If you see this error:

  • You may have previously used a different device
  • Contact your administrator to clear your device registration
  • After clearance, you can register your new device

Account Locked?

Accounts may be locked after multiple failed login attempts. Contact your system administrator to unlock your account.

Minimum System Requirements

  • iOS: iOS 13.0 or later
  • Android: Android 7.0 or later
  • Storage: 50 MB free space
  • Internet: Stable internet connection (WiFi or 4G/5G)
  • Permissions Required: Location, Notifications, Camera (for profile)

Recommended Settings

  • Keep app updated to latest version
  • Enable location services always for accurate check-ins
  • Enable notifications for important alerts
  • Allow background app refresh for real-time sync
